Three upcoming gigs, in London and Berkshire

If you’ve been missing live music, here are three new opportunities to catch Jody and the Jerms, both indoors and outdoors.

First up, we’ll be playing Frilfest on Saturday 21 August, at Hawkridge Wood Farm, Frilsham – a charity event in support of New Life. I’m particularly excited that we’ll be supporting Elvis Presley! To fit in with the atmosphere, you can expect us to be putting a few cover versions into our set.

Then on Monday 6 September we’ll be playing at classic Putney venue the Half Moon, as part of their New Moon up-and-coming music night. Just in case watching Jody and the Jerms isn’t sufficiently enticing, it’s sponsored by Camden Town Brewery and the small print says: “Free Camden Town beer for the first 24 customers.” I don’t know how much beer they’re promising…

We’ll be back in London on Friday 17 September (following our appearance in Oxford) at 229 in Great Portland Street. We’re delighted to be special guests of the Popguns, who are celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of their album Snog.

Details of all our gigs, including links to buy tickets, are over on the Jody and the Jerms live page.
