“Waves” crashing down on 23 September

Having finished off our Flicker tour in style – with dates in Oxford, Watlington and Chichester – Jody and the Jerms have been back in the studio, with the brilliant Mark Gardener again producing.

The next song to emerge from the latest sessions at his OX4 Sound studio is called “Waves”. It’s simultaneously upbeat yet a bit laid-back (that’s my interpretation, anyway), which makes it the ideal tune to drink a late-summer – or is that early-autumn? – Aperol Spritz to. Technically, you could just listen to it without an Aperol Spritz. Or, you could just drink an Aperol Spritz without listening to it; but that would be mean.

“Waves” will be in all the usual places (Spotify, Apple Music and so on).

Now that we have managed to decompress for a bit after the tour, we’ve also got a few dates lined up between September and January if you’d like to catch us live. See the Jody and the Jerms live page for ticket links, and keep following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for all the latest action!
